Spin

Enjoy this great cardiovascular, low impact class that gets your heart beating to the music on stationary bikes.  All you’ll need is a water bottle and some sturdy shoes. We provide the towels, great music, and the promise to burn major calories.  This class is typically 45 minutes to an hour. If you're a first timer, let your instructor know.  The Instructor makes sure your bike is properly adjusted and explains the Spinning program's core movements so you can get the most from your Spinning class —a calorie burning workout that’s challenging and fun. One of the great things about this Spinning program is that it accommodates all fitness levels. Riders can go at their own pace and control the resistance on their own Spin bike.

Zumba Taught by Aubrey Holden. involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Bring a water with you, you'll need it for this hour long class!!

POUND

​This half hour long workout with instructor Eve . located  in the yoga room, this class proves to be a great cardio workout.   channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session, inspired by drumming.  using ripstick, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and tone while rocking out to your favorite music!  you need water.  We provide the rest!

*Boot Camp

The45 minute workout will typically include: push ups. plyometric. Interval training. Squats. Lunges. Squat thrusts or burpees. Speed training with sprints. Core strength. Team competitions. Partner exercises. Obstacle courses. Cool down and stretching.

Total body fitness program is designed for seniors in mind and works on your muscular strength and range of movement.  This class will improve physical and mental health, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance and coordination. Get fit and have fun while making friends. Tuesday and Thursday classes taught by Eve, and Wednesday Class taught by Joyce.

Yoga

Yoga improves focus and concentration while increasing muscle tone.  it improves posture and strengthens back muscles.

THIS HOUR-LONG YOGA CLASS WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING REJUVENATED, RELAXED, AND READY TO TAKE ON THE DAY.
